 Lord Byng Elementary School is a learning community embedded in the larger educational communities of Richmond and the province of British Columbia. The relationships and the connections between all three variables which affect the education of our students must be acknowledged and considered in order to create a strong and relevant learning environment.Mission statements enable institutions to better make decisions which affect the people working and learning in them.
