Policy 402.1-G Clerical Assistance Clerical time will be allocated to schools according to the following guidelines: Secondary Schools                                                                  School Size             Business Assistants     Days of Steno Time/Week 400-600         1                       7.5 601-800         1                       10.0 801-1000                1                       12.5 1001-1200               1                       15.0             1201+           1                       17.5 Elementary Schools * Full-time equivalent teachers           Days of Steno Time/Week         0       -       9       3         10      -       12      4         13      -       15      5         16      -       18      6         19      -       21      7         22      -       24      8         25      -       27      9         28      +               10 *  Each annex shall be allocated one day per week.  Steno assignments at main schools with annexes shall be at the discretion of the principal.
