Benefits for District Employees

Employee benefits for employees not covered by a negotiated agreement will receive bonuses and benefits in accordance with their individual contracts with the Board, salary and bonus packages will, if required, be reviewed annually by the Board.

Employee benefits for employees covered by the agreement(s) currently in force between the recognized employee association(s) and the Board will receive bonuses and fringe benefits in accordance with the terms of such agreements.
Employee benefits for non-certified employees covered by collective agreements currently in force will receive benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable collective agreement.

Employee benefits for all employee groups will include Retirement benefits, Canada Pension benefits, Employment benefits, Workers Compensation and other social benefits shall be provided as authorized or required by law.
