A - Outstanding Work (Shows creativity and unique thinking)
1)  shows initiative and leadership
2)  meets and goes beyond the given criteria
3)  consistently shows thoughtfulness and detail in refections
4)  makes interesting connections to life
5)  demonstrates a high level of understanding
6)  impressive and detailed finished products
7)  always completes assignments on time
8)  essentially error free


B - Very good work
1)  shows initiative
2)  meets all criteria at a high level
3)  shows thoughtfulness and detail in reflections
4)  makes connections from learning to life
5)  demonstrates very good understanding
6)  attractive finished products with some detail
7)  consistently completes assignments on time
8)  almost error free


C+ - Good work
1)  occasionally needs reminders to add more
2)  meets all criteria
3)  occasionally reflects on learning
4)  work is accurate and detailed most of the time
5)  demonstrates satisfactory understanding
6)  products are completed with some detail
7)  most assignments are handed in on time
8)  occasional errors


C - Basic work
1)  needs frequent reminders about what to include
2)  meets most criteria at a basic level
3)  with encouragement, reflects on learning
4)  work is basic with little detail
5)  demonstrates a basic understanding
6)  products are completed with low visual appeal
7)  assignments frequently handed in late
